WłasnosciKodu

usługa zwraca właściwości kodu (z bazy kodów)

Parametry wywołania :

IdentyfikatorUżytkownika - identyfikator podany podczas rejestracji lub pusty string
HasłoUżytkownika - hasło podane podczas rejestracji pusty string (demo)
Kod - kod pocztowy dla którego chcemy poznać właściwości

usługa zwraca string[] {Województwo,Powiat,Gmina,Miejscowość,Ulica,TypNumeru,ZakresOd-Do})

Ograniczenia w wersji demo - tylko gminy rozpoczynające sie na A-B oraz ulice w miastach z wieloma kodami rozpoczynające się na A-B
