Miejscowość - nazwa miejscowości dla której poszukujemy kodu
Województwo - województwo
Powiat - powiat
Gmina - gmina
Miejscowość -miesjcowosc
Ulica - ulica do weryfikacji
zgodnosc - istnienie zgodnej zapewnia zgodność

usługa zwraca string[] {Ulica,...})

Ograniczenia w wersji demo - tylko gminy rozpoczynające sie na A-B oraz ulice w miastach z wieloma kodami rozpoczynające się na A-B
